250 WORDS-ESSAY ON “CHILDREN’S DAY” :


It is quoted,”take care of saplings so that you can see good trees.” Tomorrow’s society will take shape in accordance with today’s care of little children. They are called future citizens of a country.the future of a country may either be made or marred depending on how we prepare little brains of today. So,realising  the importance a day has been earmarked for them named “Children’s day”. The day is celebrated on the birthday of the first prime minister of India Jawaharlal Nehru, who had matchless love and affection for children. He, for that reason,is nicknamed “Chacha Nehru”.





As the day of November 14 breaks, parents wake up their beloved children wishing happy Children’s Day. The little ones may or may not understand the depth of matter, but they feel an extraordinary treatment by others both in the family  and out of it. The little ones are refreshed with extra care and are done up with colourful costumes and make-up. They are taken to places they attached to, like kindergardens,L.P. schools,etc. They keep on smiling and dancing with joy to see their teachers embracing them with uncommon love and affection.

They feel bewildered to see their classrooms decorated with attractive toys and teddies along with colourful flowers and paper. No more are they ordered on this day to  stand in a line or to sit here and there. On this day they are overwhelmed to see others in a welcome note towards them.
